- Please help yourself to the light refreshments provided once your blood has been drawn by our laboratory technologist/phlebotomist.
- The duration of your health screening is about 2 – 3 hours.
Ladies

- Please inform the nurses and your doctor if you are menstruating on the day of your appointment. In which case, you will not be able to do your urine, stool, Pap Smear tests as the presence of blood in these tests would produce inaccurate results.
In-house Treadmill
- The test takes about 45 minutes to an hour, excluding waiting time.
- Please bring along your jogging attire, towel and running shoes for this test.
- Avoid having a heavy meal before undergoing this test.
- If you are on heart medication, please inform the staff/nurse before she put you on the treadmill.
- As certain medications need to be stopped prior to the treadmill appointment, it is advisable to check with the doctor if you are unsure.
