Dr Sie is an Australian citizen and graduated with an M.B.,B.S. degree from the University of Western Australia in 1978. He registered with the Singapore Medical Council in 1982 and is a senior partner. Dr Sie is accredited with the OGUK, Norwegian Maritime Directorate & Norwegian Board of Health for the medical examination of offshore workers. He is also an approved A.I.A. examiner.
Dr Sie is married to a dental surgeon and his passions are family medicine and golfing.
