Dr Chua is an experienced senior general physician. He graduated in 1959 and has been a general practitioner since 1963. In 1995, Dr Chua was awarded the Designated Factory Doctor certificate. He is a designated medical examiner for the U.S. Embassy and the High Commissions of Australia and Canada. Dr Chua is also an appointed examiner for A.I.A.
